01 Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • You have not consumed more than 20 credits (20 minutes of AI processing)
  • The Software does not function as advertised on a supported system
  • You are unable to activate the plugin due to a verified technical issue on our end

02 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Credit top-up purchases (once purchased, credits are non-refundable)
  • Licenses purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Licenses where more than 20 credits have been consumed
  • Refund requests based on incompatibility with unsupported software versions or operating systems
  • Purchases made by third parties without proper authorization

03 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase
  • Your Razorpay transaction/order ID (found in your receipt email)
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
